Food Porn: Marinated New York Strip
I discovered I had a small (1/2 lb.) piece of New York Strip in my freezer that had to go (it was taking up room I needed for my recent ill advised purchase of 2 lbs. of Sirloin).
So I marinated in a teaspoon of worchester sauce, salt, garlic powder, and pepper (with a few diced scallions). And then I threw it onto my castiron pan for some fun.
Tasty fun at that.
(note: testing out my new maglight. I think it's working out well, brings out some nice color in the macro)
